#0041333 Problems with installation/upgrade S4F A problem existed with upgrading S4F service, during which an error occurs on the first try of installing the new version. The bug has now been fixed and upgrading will work on the first try (for both installing using the installer or using the command line). Additional note: to avoid the requirement of restarting the Windows, S4F service Windows service must be stopped before the upgrade. This step cannot be avoided, as it is a part of MSI installer package.
#0042964 XSD Update Updated XSD schema – added a new tag to signify if the item being sold is affected by TotalDiscount or not. This is not in use in Slovakia. Internal fix, no effect on integration.
#0023267 Encryption of sensitive data within S4F service Optional configuration - In order to encrypt all customer-related sensitive data add this configuration to Settings.S4FiscalService.xml configuration file or dynamically through a Configuration XML request. It sets the public password for encryption. With this configuration enabled, all sensitive data will be encrypted before it gets saved in any form (file, line in the log file, backoffice database)
With default installation this feature is disabled and it is up to integration with S4F service to consider and enable or not enable this feature. For more information please see “S4 Sensitive Data Encryption.pdf” document.
