Some summary transmission times of the documents on the myDATA platform are modified for the transfer of wholesale data as well as retail data in Greece.
For wholesale transactions:
– The invoice datails can be transmitted in real-time both by the Providers and by the AADE application "timologio". Documents issued through commercial/accounting ERP programs are transmitted until the day after the date of issuance of the documents.
– Until the day after the date of issuance of the documents, the revenue data is transmitted when the special registration form is used. The measure is valid from January 1st, 2023. In particular, for the year 2022, the end date is set as the 20th day of the following month in which the documents were issued.
As for the retail sales:
– The data of accounting data, relating to revenue from retail transactions, are transmitted at the time that is also specified for wholesale transactions.
– For entities that have the obligation to directly interconnect the cash registers with the AADE, the data are automatically transmitted by the F.I.M. (electronic tax mechanisms inclusive of cash registers) in a timeframe from one minute to 24 hours, based on the configuration set in its systems by AADE. This is done without requiring prior notification of the entities but after the created configuration is set by AADE.
– Entities that are not obliged to use F.I.M. and issue retail data through business management programs that are compatible with the digital platform myDATA, transmit the data in question until the day after the date of their issuance.
