Every business entity is expected to operate in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics and thus continuously contribute to transparency and consumer protection in the process of introducing the euro.

Business entities will be able to request access to the Code of Ethics online from August 2022 to December 2023.

The list of business entities that adhere to the Code of Ethics will be publicly available on the website www.euro.hr.

By acceding to the Code of Ethics, business entities guarantee the implementation of its principles and acquire the right to place visual identification marks - logos and slogans, at their points of sale and places of service, including when conducting promotional and marketing activities.

The Code of Ethics initiative is implemented under the slogan EVERY CENT COUNTS, EVERY KONA COUNTS. The goal is for consumers to be sure that every kuna really counts.
