It is in relation to novelties for data in TBAI files. Additional information will be required in TBAI to be in compliance with the obligation to keep the record books through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.

Additional information includes, where appropriate, the following fields:
- External reference.
- Amount received for property transfers subject to VAT.
- NIF of the legal representative.
- NIF of the counterparty representative.
- Billing agreement registration number.
- Entity succeeded.
- Coupon.
- If the information corresponds to the data of a property leased as a business premises not subject to withholding, the situation of the property and the cadastral reference will be reported
Also, regulations states that, at the same time that the additional information is sent, the Department of the Treasury and Finance of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, through the web services, will respond with a response message that will indicate whether the information has been accepted or rejected, along with identification of the reason. If the additional information has been accepted, the computer message will also incorporate a secure verification code, in addition to the date and time of submission as justification for the provision of the additional information submitted and accepted. The validations will only be received and will be carried out synchronously. In the event that the additional information does not pass any of the reception validations and is rejected, the necessary corrections must be made, and a new shipment must be made. The additional information rejected will not be registered in the computer system of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.
Also, situation when there is problem with internet network Is covered also. More precisely, according to new regulations it is allowed the deferred delivery of the TicketBAI files, in cases of lack of coverage and impossibility of access to the network. This deferred delivery will be made through the electronic office of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, by importing the TicketBAI files. The deferred delivery of the TicketBAI files corresponding to each calendar month must be made before the 15th of the following month.
