This request needs to be filled out with particular data predefined by the Rulebook rules governing this topic. According to the requirements set forth in the aforementioned Rulebook, the data that needs to be filled out inside the application for the application to be sent includes the following:
- store name;
- type of store (fixed, mobile, remote, or vending);
- store address (including municipality, city, street, and street number);
- store exact geolocation that is comprised of the exact decimal presented; data on latitude and longitude, and elevation;
- business type (as a designation of the store's primary activity);
- store size.
Depending on the particular store details of the taxpayer sending the application, additional data as a part of the request includes several data items that need to be specified, including taxpayers’ company data in particular application segments.
