Italy introduces POS obligation next year!

A fine of 30 euros, increased by 4% of the value of the transaction, to be borne by merchants or professionals, who refuse payments by credit cards, payment cards, prepaid cards, and, in general, electronic means of payment. This obligation refers to merchants, craftsmen, restaurant businesses, professionals who work on their own and have a direct relationship with the client (for example lawyers, notaries, accountants, doctors), accommodation activities such as hotels, B & Bs and farmhouses, itinerant activities.
