From where do we get our information?

We spent the last 5 years creating a network of reliable sources in order to be informed on time about all news from countries. 
 
  • International retailers (Metro, C&A, Takko, Deichmann etc.)

  • Accounting agencies in the country
  • Local POS solution providers
  • Local providers of fiscal solutions 
  • Global provider of fiscal solutions (e.g. Diebold, Epson, Datex, etc.)

  • Local tax authorities and agencies
  • Official governmental resources in local languages 
 
For each country on the portal, we have developed our own fiscal middleware and we have already live installations. 
This means that we have anyhow obligation to monitor all changes in the country and to update our own software.

Immediately after opening the link, you will find yourself on the home page where you can find a lot of information. In addition to statistics, the country is supported by the portal, the latest news and documents, YouTube and Twitter updates, and company information, from the home page you can navigate to other pages such as About, Feed, Countries, Contact, Help, and Login form.


 
 
 
 

How do I change my password?

Help

To change your password, you need to be logged in. Clicking on the initials of your name in the upper right corner, the portal will take you to the page with your account information. Locate the small pen symbol and click on it to enter the mode to edit your data. There you will find a field for a new password that you will have to repeat as a confirmation check. After the change password, save the changes.

How do I view or edit my account information?

To view or to change your account information, you need to be logged in. Clicking on the initials of your name in the upper right corner, the portal will take you to the page with your account information. Locate the small pen symbol and click on it to enter the mode to edit your data. There you can view or change First and Last name, Position, Phone number, and password. Email address can not be changed. After the change, you have to save the changes.

How do we ensure that all information is up-to-date?

There are members of the team that have only this dedicated task. 
Overview of our team and their tasks you can see on page “Book a demo”.
They are regularly checking each document that we have in the portal to confirm the validity or update it if needed. The date of the last check and update is shown in the metadata of the document so that reader can always see which document is up-to-date and which is not.
 

How do we improve the content of our documents?

Same documents that we are publishing on the portal we are using for our consulting workshops and the development of our own fiscal software. 
In every workshop, we are getting questions from our customers from different retail segments. All questions and related answers are always incorporated in the documentation. 
Additionally, if we face any problem during the use of our software in a live environment we include the problem description and solutions in all documents published on the portal.

How to get help during implementation?

Our target is to support you in all phases of your localization project. This means of course also in the development phase.
In some cases, during the implementation of fiscal requirements, you will maybe have some understanding questions.

How to insert an image into a profile?

To insert an image into a profile, you need to be logged in. Clicking on the initials of your name in the upper right corner, the portal will take you to the page with your account information. Locate the small pen symbol and click on it to enter the mode to insert your profile image. Right below Basic info, locate the square with your initials and click on the light blue circle. The Popup window will ask you to locate the image file. Most of all image types are supported. The only limitation is the size of the picture, it must be around 180x180 pixels. 

How to log in?

Once you have registered, on your e-mail you will receive registration information, such as your username and your password. With this information, you log in to the Fiscal Portal.

How to register?

Help

If you do not have your account on the portal, you need to register. Registrations are based on subscriptions for each country. You need to choose the country that interests you and then decide on the type of subscription.
We support 4 types of subscriptions, which are divided into 2 groups. The first group includes users of our software packages and the second group consists of stakeholders who are not users of our software.
