Republic of Srpska

The Fiscal law was introduced in 2007 but the implementation of fiscalization mechanism has happened a bit later. According to the fiscal regulation in this country, every retail store is obliged to record every single turnover over fiscal devices. This is valid for every method of payment.

Type of fiscalization: Hardware

Taxpayers are obliged to create daily reports and to print them at the end of every day (working day). Also, they have to keep the daily report for each fiscal device. When we talk about periodic reports, they also have to be created and printed on the last day of each tax period.
