Service "Electronic mailbox" brings changes to the service „E-requests" in the Republic of Srpska

However, with the launch of the "Electronic Mailbox", which united all electronic services of the Tax Administration, the submission of this type of request to the Tax Administration will in the future be done through the "Electronic Mailbox". In this regard, the Tax Administration invites taxpayers to use the "Electronic Mailbox" service and thus communicate with the Tax Administration of the Republika of Srpska in a faster and simpler way.
As a reminder, the use of the electronic service "E-mailbox" is enabled through the website of the RS Tax Administration, section "E-services". To use the electronic service in the part of receiving documents in electronic form from the Tax Administration, the taxpayer must conclude a contract on the use of electronic service of receiving tax documents via "E-mailbox", while using the electronic service to submit requests, complaints and other submissions electronic form via the shipping box is provided to all taxpayers who are registered users of electronic services, which practically means that the taxpayer is enabled to access the shipping box by registering for electronic services. Taxpayers who are not users of electronic services and who do not have an electronic signature to use the functionality of the shipping box are required to register as users of electronic services and to have a certificate for electronic signature.
