Issuing fiscal receipts in the Republic of Srpska
Summary
In a new fiscal model in the Republic of Srpska fiscal receipts will be issued in printed form as a general rule. This is an obligation that will include all fiscal obligators. However, other than printed fiscal receipts, there will be a possibility to issue receipts in other forms, under certain conditions.

As above noted, digital or electronic receipts can be issued in certain cases, which include:
– If there is no technical possibility to connect ESIR to the printer or
– If there is no physical contact between the taxpayer and the buyer of the goods or services.
In any other case, in addition to a printed receipt, the taxpayer may also enable the issuance of a digital or electronic receipt
The fiscal receipt is issued in a single copy.
