The government's new regulation for e-shops in the Czech Republic
The changes were made due to a major consumer amendment (often referred to as a "push button amendment"). The wording of the model form itself has not changed, so e-shops do not have to worry that their form does not meet the necessary requirements (if they use this model form according to the wording of the government regulation).
The government's new regulation makes life easier for e-shops and sellers themselves. It offers a clear list of what it must teach by way of example in its terms and conditions, in accordance with the adopted button amendment. Every e-shop and seller should therefore carefully read this model instruction, because the button amendment may impose new obligations on them or alter the processes through which they currently sell goods.
