Telematic recorders, lottery novelties, and updates of the technical specifications in Italy

The Revenue Agency in Italy has published information in relation to adjusting the process for recognizing the conformity of electronic recorders so that it is possible, for producers, to declare up to October 2, 2023, the conformity of the models already approved with a provision from the Revenue Agency. The provision takes effect on January 18, 2023. That is all in relation to speeding up the adaptation process for the devices on the market.

The new provision also approved the technical specifications of the instant lottery for the technical adjustment of the storage devices and electronic transmission of the daily fees.
