Is it obligatory to state on a fiscal receipt issued in Serbia that the goods were purchased at the fair?
If the retailer opts to register that the goods are being sold at the fair, he can do so in a particular part of the fiscal receipt.
In the advertising field, as a part of the fiscal receipt layout, a retailer can enter the information that the goods were purchased at the fair in that part of the receipt so that the customer purchasing the goods has information about where the goods were purchased.
The new model of fiscalization provides the taxpayer with the possibility to display advertising messages, telephone numbers, and other data of importance to the taxpayer and/or the buyer of goods, that is, the user of services, on the fiscal receipt through an electronic fiscal device.
