Obligations and deadlines for registering the use of POS for businesses operating in Greece

By the decision of the Governor of AADE, George Pitsilis, a Register of Payment Instruments (POS) is established and maintained on the myAADE digital portal, and the process of its continuous updating is defined. This marks a decisive step towards the implementation of the extremely important project of interconnecting cash registers and POS. Based on the decision of the Governor of AADE, the Register of Payment Instruments (POS) includes all the POS terminals that can be used to complete card transactions, regardless of whether they are physical devices or software applications. The decision also establishes certain deadlines and obligations for businesses that are using POS in their work.
