The online appointment service is available on the www.anaf.ro website under the heading Online Services, Section 3, where taxpayers can schedule both the meeting with a tax inspector and the online visual identification to approve the registration in the Virtual Private Space.

The online appointment service is made available to taxpayers for aspects that do not require a long time to solve, such as tax issues for which an appointment can be requested, referring to tax returns, payer records, tax records, income certificates, taxpayers' assistance, avoidance of double taxation, notices, and authorizations (e.g., notices or authorizations regarding cash registers), etc.
