Should end-of-day (Z) reports in Norway be printed?

According to Section 5a-14, Z reports can be either printed on paper or saved electronically in the cash register system. This allows the daily settlement to be done electronically without the need to print it. However, Z reports must be produced every day and cannot be delayed until an audit or another occasion.
