The Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia launched a new AI communication channel named the Virtual Tax Collector chatbot. This innovative tool is now available on the official website of the Tax Administration, providing taxpayers with a convenient and interactive way to access general information regarding the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, as well as the Law on Personal Income Tax. The mentioned chatbot is designed to assist taxpayers in finding relevant information quickly and easily. However, it is important to note that the information provided by the chatbot is only for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice or opinion.
