Treatment of Refunds in the Republic of Srpska Regarding Minors

Retailers in the Republic of Srpska must issue a fiscal invoice—either Normal-Refund or Advance-Refund—when refunding a purchase or canceling a paid advance, including buyer identification and reference to the original sale.
