Bosnia Doubles VAT Refund Threshold for Foreign Customers to 200 KM

From 6 August 2025, Bosnia and Herzegovina will double the minimum purchase amount for foreign customers to claim a VAT refund from 100 KM to 200 KM, aligning it more closely with Croatia’s €100 threshold. The refund applies to goods taken out of BiH by non-resident travellers, excluding items such as mineral oils, alcohol, and tobacco products.
