Changes in the Request for the Issuance of the Secure Elements in the Republic of Srpska
The Tax Authority of the Republic of Srpska notifies taxpayers of an important update regarding the Application i.e., the request for the issuance of a Secure element.
Fiscalization taxpayers are hereby informed that there has been a change in the form of the Application for the issuance of a secure element, in such a way that in Section 3 of the aforementioned Application, the field named "Required electronic fiscal device – YES or NO" has been added.
Namely, in the case when the taxpayer needs a new secure element (e.g., when locking the PIN of the secure element, changing the name of the taxpayer, changing the address, etc.) and when the taxpayer does not have an electronic fiscal device, it is necessary to indicate that an electronic fiscal device is needed when submitting the aforementioned request. Additionally, in the case when the taxpayer already has an electronic fiscal device, it is necessary to indicate on the said application where the secure element is that an electronic fiscal device is not required.
Also, the TA informs the taxpayers that if they do not have an electronic fiscal device, it is necessary to submit an Application for subsidizing the costs of initial fiscalization, and if they already have an electronic fiscal device, the Application for subsidizing the costs of initial fiscalization does not need to be submitted.
