Croatia: Fiscalization 2.0 - List of Certified Information Intermediaries Published
As part of the Fiscalization 2.0 system, the Croatian Tax Administration has published an official list of certified information intermediaries authorized to provide electronic invoicing and related services.
To ensure the secure exchange of eInvoices, taxpayers are required to use application solutions provided by registered information intermediaries. These intermediaries offer essential digital services that enable the issuance, receipt, and fiscalization of eInvoices in compliance with the Fiscalization Act.
Certified intermediaries may provide the following services:
-
Exchange of eInvoices and accompanying documents
-
Fiscalization of eInvoices and eReporting
-
Metadata management services
An information intermediary may be a legal or natural person with a registered OIB (Personal Identification Number) that provides these services to other entities. In addition to eInvoice exchange and fiscalization, intermediaries may also offer eReporting and metadata-related services.
Before using an intermediary’s services, taxpayers must confirm the address for receiving eInvoices and may grant authorization for fiscalization through the FiskAplikacija platform.
The official list of information intermediaries that have been granted a certificate of conformity for performing these specific services is now available on the Tax Administration’s website here
