Serbia: New SEF e-Invoicing Version 3.14.0 Launched on October 11, 2025

The Ministry of Finance announced that SEF version 3.14.0 will go live on October 11, 2025, introducing an optional feature for exchanging recipient notifications about previous tax, in line with the latest amendments to the Regulation on Electronic Invoicing.

The Ministry of Finance has announced that version 3.14.0 of the Electronic Invoicing System (SEF) will be available in the production environment starting October 11, 2025.

According to the announcement, the new version includes a new feature for exchanging recipient notifications about previous tax.

This update is based on the amendments to the Regulation on Electronic Invoicing (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 85/25, dated October 3, 2025), adopted by the Minister of Finance on October 1, 2025.

It is important to note that sending these notifications is optional, not mandatory.
