Taxpayers in Croatia: Secure Your eInvoice Intermediary in FiskAplikacija — Deadline Approaching

Add to Favorites Leave a Comment
Summary
Taxpayers must confirm their chosen eInvoice information intermediary through the FiskAplikacija system by December 31, 2025, where they can view and select from intermediaries who have published them. Any new confirmation automatically revokes a previous one, and taxpayers should only approve intermediaries with whom they have a valid contractual relationship.

The Tax Administration informs taxpayers subject to eInvoice fiscalization that information intermediaries are required to publish their users by the end of 2025. Through the FiskAplikacija system, taxpayers can confirm the information intermediary that will receive eInvoices on their behalf.

Within FiskAplikacija, taxpayers will see a list of information intermediaries who have published them, and each taxpayer may independently choose their preferred intermediary. Confirmation of the selected intermediary can be carried out personally or through an authorized representative.

If a taxpayer has already confirmed one intermediary but wishes to change their choice, confirming a new intermediary using the same identifier (e.g., OIB) will automatically revoke the previous confirmation. It is important to have a confirmed information intermediary by December 31, 2025.

The Tax Administration also emphasizes that taxpayers are not obligated to accept an information intermediary with whom they do not have a contractual relationship or cooperation. Therefore, taxpayers are advised to:

  • carefully check the name of the access point and other details of any new record appearing in FiskAplikacija.
  • respond only to publications from their contracted information intermediary.
