New Version of e-Invoice Validator Released by Croatian Tax Authority
The Croatian Tax Administration has released a new version of the e-Invoice validator, introducing a series of technical improvements and bug fixes. The update aims to enhance the system's accuracy and stability, particularly in processing and validating structured invoice data submitted through the national e-Invoicing framework.
The updated validator includes the following changes:
- HR-BR-43 – Corrected use of the ContractDocumentReference element instead of OrderReference.
- HR-BR-32 – Fixed issues related to the processing of decimal values and rounding.
- HR-BR-45 – Improved handling of multiple previous invoice references.
- HR-BR-28 & HR-BR-30 – Implementation of validation rules to ensure data compliance.
- HR-BR-36 – Correction of rule control logic.
- HR-BR-16 – Adjusted context for the cac: Item element.
The Tax Authority emphasized that the Core Usage Specification of the e-Invoice with extensions has not been modified, as these updates strictly pertain to the technical functioning of the validator and not the business rules themselves.
