The implementation of the e-invoice system in Serbia

Implementation of the E-invoice system, where the invoices will be issued through the usage of the smartphone devices, PCs, and their exchange will be handled via the internet. Ministry of Finance is conducting the public debate on the draft until the 25th February 2021. In the draft of the Law about E-invoices, the subject of the e-invoicing is defined, the structure of the e-invoice, the procedure of the e-invoicing. The draft law has been formulated as a product of the cooperation between different Ministries, tax authorities, and competent consultants. The representative of the MF states that the public will be introduced to the implementation of the project, timeframe, modality, and other relevant parts beforehand and promptly.
