This Regulation shall apply from July 1, 2021 and it contains the form and content of the register of elements of electronic fiscal devices, types of electronic fiscal devices, manner of their use and approval of their elements, circumstances that may lead to automatic suspension of the security element of the electronic fiscal device, the procedure of its reuse, details of alternative access to the permanent internet connection and the manner of insight into the data submitted to the Tax Administration.
