The Czech Financial Administration has released information regarding the upcoming EET 2.0 system, providing clarity on technical documentation, testing environments, and security requirements for cashier certificates.
Technical documentation for EET 2.0 will be published in mid-June 2026 on the new website eet.gov.cz in the dedicated Developers section.
Additional technical specifications, including WSDL details, supported versions, and SSL/TLS requirements, will also be made available during June 2026 on the same portal.
The Playground testing environment, designed for developers and businesses to trial the new system, is scheduled to launch on July 1, 2026.
