Türkiye’s Revenue Administration has published version 1.14 of the e-Invoice Application Special Integration Guide, setting out updated technical and operational rules for private integrators providing e-Invoice and related e-document services.

The guide explains how taxpayers can use the e-Invoice system through authorized private integrators, instead of connecting directly to the Revenue Administration’s system. It covers approval procedures, testing obligations, data transfer protocols, user account creation and cancellation, envelope structures, labels, and service codes for e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Delivery Note, e-Ticket, e-Receipt, and other electronic document services.

Private integrators must operate secure infrastructure, pass required integration tests, and comply with requirements for transaction logging, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security. The document also highlights ISO-related expectations and the need for reliable systems capable of sending, receiving, storing, and managing electronic documents.

For taxpayers and software providers in Türkiye, the guide is important because it defines the framework under which e-Invoice services can be legally and technically provided through private integrators.
