Croatia Updates FiskApp to Simplify Fiscalisation Processes

Croatia has introduced several improvements to FiskApp, making it easier for businesses to manage fiscalisation requirements under the Fiscalization 2.0 framework.

The main changes include:

1. Incoming invoice search: Search results now show the taxpayer’s Personal Identification Number (OIB).
2. Outgoing invoice search: Businesses can now enter the business premises directly as a search criterion instead of selecting it from a drop-down list.
3. Data export: Fiscalised data can now be exported in both CSV and XLSX formats.
4. Authorisations and eInvoice email: Users can assign fiscalisation authorisations and confirm the email address used for receiving eInvoices.
5. New pairing status: A new “Pending Pairing” status allows users to identify transactions that have not yet been matched with the corresponding invoice.

The Croatian Tax Administration has also updated the user instructions available on its website and within the FiskApp application.

These changes improve invoice searches, data exports and transaction monitoring. They should help businesses reduce manual work, identify incomplete records more easily and manage fiscalisation compliance more efficiently.
