This technical document provides a thorough and explanatory manner for all the interested parties in the project of the new electronic fiscalization, which will soon become obligatory for many sectors, can be found the missing links and connections for the previously issued Rulebooks and Ordinances.
With the publication of the technical specifications the legal framework which in combination with other acts issued by the Ministry of Finance from one side and the Law on Fiscalization, defines the main pillars for the new type of fiscalization at this point.
