As it was stated by the Ministry of Finance these regulations will more specifically define the functionalities of the e-invoicing system.

The Serbian Government in collaboration with other state authorities is simultaneously working on the complex implementation of the projects of digitalization of the commerce.
Alongside the implementation of the E-Invoicing project, the reform of the fiscalization process is underway and is almost complete.
