In order to support the Montenegrin economy in the fiscalization process, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Montenegrin Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media and the association ICT Cortex and its members and Codeus, Logate and Data design, all to improve and encourage the development of digital society in Montenegro.
In the following, we unveil to you which taxpayers have the right to so-called free VAT packages.

Recognizing the common interest in supporting the Montenegrin economy in the process of electronic fiscalization, especially entrepreneurs and small businesses, members of ICT Cortex: Logate, Codeus, and Data Design provided free packages for all VAT payers, who have exclusively non-cash payments in their businesses, turnover of up to 30.000 EUR per month and up to 10 non-cash invoices per month. The mentioned free packages, within the eFaktura project, which the Ministry is implementing together with ICT Cortex, will be available to entrepreneurs for 12 months. The deadline for application for free packages is October 1, 2021. For all questions during the registration process regarding any offered solution, the contact is efaktura@mju.gov.me
