What are the elements of QR code and ATCUD code in Portugal?

Summary
Every sales receipt (invoice) in Portugal needs to contain 2 codes: QR code (mandatory from 2021) and ATCUD code (mandatory from 2023). But, do you know what exactly do they have to contain?
