Dual display of prices of goods and services in Croatia
Summary
Draft of the Law on Introduction of the Euro as the Official Currency in the Republic of Croatia published on January 17, 2022, stipulates that business entities, credit institutions, credit unions, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, and financial service providers have a dual display obligation to consumers, meaning that prices of goods and services are to be displayed both in kuna and eur. This is also stipulated by the National Plan for the Exchange of the Croatian Kuna into the Euro.
