Special obligations for plastic containers in Bulgaria
Summary
The Ministry of Environment in Bulgaria introduced a new Regulation, which will come into force from January 1st, 2023, making all businesses, which pack foods or beverages in plastic one-way containers, fiscalize the containers on a separate line.

It is also presented in other European countries. That will also require change and add other requirements if we compare to the current regulation in Bulgaria.
