On the other hand, within the new fiscalization system, the entire turnover registered in sales will be immediately recorded in the form of an issued QR code that relies on blockchain technology. Although in case of permanent internet connection all turnover is reported to the Tax Administration immediately, in case of disappearance or non-existence of internet connection turnover can be transferred to the Tax Administration by scanning the QR code and also done later.
It is important to note that when establishing an Internet connection, the taxpayer or electronic fiscal device will exchange information on all receipts issued in the meantime, including item information on those receipts. This technology allows the fiscalization management system itself to be inaccessible, ie. that an accident occurs, but that the fiscal system continues to work smoothly on the field with taxpayers.
It is practically impossible to falsify receipts with an issued QR code because, in addition to the visually contained elements of the receipt, there is also an element of digital authenticity of each receipt that is easily verifiable by scanning the QR code.
In addition to printing, the new generation fiscal receipt, under some conditions, will be possible to create in other ways, such as sending by email, application, SMS, displaying the QR code on the screen, etc.
In order for such a system to fully function, it is necessary that each time a receipt is issued, the receipt is signed with a local secure element from the electronic fiscal device with the presence of a local processor of the fiscal receipts in the store.
