The general rule in terms of how goods/services must be presented to customers is that all goods and services are made available to consumers and users must be easily accessible and understandable. More precisely, it is mandatory to be presented: a) name and full address of the producer b) nature, composition and purpose c) quality, quantity, category or usual or commercial name if they have it d) date of production or supply and batch, when required by regulation, recommended term for use or consumption or expiration date e) instructions or indications for its correct use or consumption, as well as the correct management of waste, warnings and foreseeable risks. Mandatory labeling and presentation of goods or services marketed in Spain must appear in the official Spanish language
Also, they must be clearly defined and presented especially:
a) the characteristics of the good or service and, in particular, its nature, identity, qualities, composition, quantity, duration, origin or provenance and mode of manufacturing or obtaining
b) note the good or service effects or properties that it does not possess
c) suggesting that the good or service has particular characteristics when all similar goods or services have these same characteristics
