New Control Center of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia
Summary
The Director of the Tax Administration and Minister of Finance of Serbia visited the new Control Center of the Tax Administration, which provides a complete insight into the turnover of taxpayers.
In the Control Center, through the large LED monitors, it is possible to display all business facilities on the territory of Serbia that issue receipts under the new fiscalization system. The overview is enabled down to the smallest details, from the levels of districts, cities and settlements, to the exact location where taxpayers perform their registered activity.

Data from fiscal receipts issued according to the new fiscalization model is merged in real-time to the Control Center and is clearly visible to the Tax Administration. By processing the received data and applying analytical models of risk analysis, conditions for real-time efficient monitoring and targeted control of taxpayers who are at risk of tax evasions have been created, without inspectors having to go to the field. At the same time, zealous taxpayers will be spared from unnecessary controls. The Control Center is considered to be a powerful and modern tool that will be used for combating the grey economy.
