During the week, the counters marked "Vaš Poreznik", where secure elements are taken over, are working longer working hours from 7.30 to 18.00. They will work in the same period on Saturday, April 30, 2022, as well when the legal deadline for switching to the new fiscalization model expires.
New fiscalization implies the mandatory issuance of fiscal receipts, with all the prescribed elements and a recognizable QR code from May 1st, 2022.
Taxpayers who do not comply with the legal requirements, and therefore after the set deadline (ie from May 1st, 2022) do not start issuing valid fiscal receipts, will be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Fiscalization as the Tax Administration stated.
