Greek myDATA replaces domestic customer and supplier listings

The annual customer and vendor consolidated report end this May in Greece. The Greek annual statement of supplier and customer invoices is to be withdrawn this year. The last years, covering 2021 must be submitted by the 21st of May 2022.

Going forward, the Independent Authority of Public Revenue, AADE, will instead be able to extract that data from the new myDATA e-invoice and e-book regime which came into effect from the start of 2022. In a phased launch starting in 2021, Greek taxpayers have moved to reporting e-invoices and maintaining electronic ledgers. This is reported through the digital myDATA platform.
