Novelties for traders in Italy who will not accept payments with electronic money

The DL PNRR 2 regulation was recently approved by the Council of Ministers. It is confirmed that the advance of the double penalty on the POS will start on 30 June 2022.
Content
Previously, it was scheduled for 1 January 2023. Merchants, traders and professionals who will not accept payments with electronic money will risk a fixed penalty of 30 euros to which the variable one equal to 4% of the total value of the transaction is added.
