What data needs to be declared in the Romanian e-Transport System?

ANAF has recently put into public debate, through a Draft Order, the procedure regarding the reporting in RO e-Transport. Among other things, there are mentioned the transport of goods with a high fiscal risk will be declared in the system followed by information regarding data that need to be declared in the RO e-Transport system.

In the RO e-Transport System many different data are recorded including data regarding the sender, beneficiary, or recipient, the name, characteristics, quantities and counter value of the transported goods, the places of loading and unloading, details on the means of transport used and the carrier, the date declared for the start of the transport, as well as the IT code generated.
The RO e-Transport system allows the user to select the taxpayer for whom he declares the data of the transports with high fiscal risk according to the rights he holds.
