New regulation for novelties in fiscalization in Lithuania

The order stipulates that:
Technical documentation related to the implementation of the Description for integration with the Intelligent Tax Administration Information System Smart Electronic Cash Registers subsystem shall be published on the Tax Administrator's website by July 2022
This legislation also aims to ensure that taxpayers can purchase new / upgrade existing cash registers to meet the new technical requirements and to start submitting the data recorded by such cash registers to the State Tax Inspectorate within the deadlines. It is important to note that, From 2022 July 1 application for the inclusion of cash registers in the List for operating cash registers and their technical documentation for the examination of an expert company can be submitted only for the performance of an examination by the provisions of the Description. This procedure has been established in order to carry out a proper, prompt examination of the cash registers and take into account the date of publication of the technical documentation related to the Description.
