The reason for a failure of the certified TSE

This actually means that for all offline transactions, there must be a documented reason why the TSE was excluded.
Cloud solution provider Deutsche Fiskal offers a solution via a web application, where all offline periods are available for each offline gap, as well as the ability to enter the reason for each item. This already available solution is ready to use and requires additional administration activity since its added manually.
On the other hand, USB hardware manufacturers do not have a solution offered, so POS is obliged to monitor and keep offline registration.
As noted in the decree, an automatic solution is also possible. Fiscal Solutions will work on that in the coming period, about which we will inform you soon.
