This recommendation by ANAF got initiated because of false emails sent to some taxpayers on behalf of ANAF as an institution, through these emails they are notified that they have outstanding tax payments.
For your safety, we advise you not to open these emails again if they have been opened, and do not access the attached documents or links in the content if you are not sure what is their source.
We recommend to all who need to communicate with ANAF to use SPV, for quick and easy communication and, more elected, safe transfer of information with the tax authority.
Other advantages that the Virtual Private Space offers are:
– It is a completely free service and
– available 24h 7 days a week
through which taxpayers can submit declarations, and applications, request documents or check their tax situation (debts, contributions paid by the employer, etc.), payments can be made securely.
All of this can be done by transmitting documents through the electronic environment are saved both the resources of the taxpayers and those of the tax administration.
Currently, over 2.2 million users benefit from the benefits of SPV, of which 1.2 million are individuals and approximately one million users are legal entities.
In case the taxpayers/payers do not fulfill their obligation electronic communication of applications, documents or any other documents, and these are submitted to the central fiscal body in letter format, will not be taken into account.
