Novelties concerning fiscalization in cash transactions in Croatia
Summary
On September 8, 2022, the Ministry of Finance published Ordinance on an amendment of the Ordinance on fiscalization in cash transactions (Ordinance). In the Ordinance, it is stated that there are amendments to Article 41f, where after paragraph 6, paragraph 7 is added, which states: „Those liable for fiscalization can determine the prescribed amounts of the cashier's maximum in a dual amount.“

Furthermore, it is added that the provision of the Ordinance applies in the period of dual circulation regulated by the regulation prescribing the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia, and enters into force on the day of the introduction of the euro as the official currency in the Republic of Croatia.
