Issuing invoices or receipts with QR and TicketBAI identifiers
One of the questions that arise in the terms is whether it is mandatory to wait for the response of the TBAI service to be able to issue a receipt/invoice with all mandatory elements. The answer is no, there is no obligation to wait for a response from the TicketBAI service. Both the TicketBAI identifier and the QR code must be generated by the software that issues the invoice without the intervention of the TicketBAI service. The TicketBAI guarantor software has all the information for the generation of the TBAI identifier and, consequently, the QR code. In this way, in the event of communication problems or problems with the TicketBAI service itself, it is possible to issue invoices and deliver them to the buyer.
