By when do you have to certify your business in France?

The date of the first (zero) certification for POS applications in France is a very important date, and it is called the anniversary date. What we have known for a long time is that re-certification is necessary in case there is a major software release change or once a year (annually). It all comes down to the anniversary date. Every annual audit for this year should happen before the day and month of the anniversary date. It's interesting that an audit can happen up to 6 months before the anniversary date, and it will be accepted for that year's certificate.
