The National Revenue Agency has published a new version of electronic services for taxpayers. It contains new principles of identification, new navigation, and easy access to information about each service. Different services with rules and ways with an explanation have been introduced with an explanation and guidelines for use.

Also, there can be found the section with special administrative services (issuance of administrative acts such as permits, licenses, certificates, approvals, submission of declarations, and others), procedures, instructions, and sample documents provided by the NRA and related to the implementation of the Agency's activities. Certain rules in relation to access to service via qualified electronic signature have been changed and explained in a more detailed way. Also, video guidelines for working with the new electronic services portal have been introduced.
