A new 1.14 version of the Technical Guideline for an administrative and technical overview of the functionalities of ESIR or L-PFR has been released

On the website of the Tax Administration, changes to the Technical Guideline for an administrative and technical overview of the functionalities of ESIR or L-PFR have been published. Let's find out in the following what the new version of the technical guideline contains.

The new version of the technical guideline contains the following:

• clarification of the method of issuing fiscal receipts in case of advance payment before the start of the eFiscalization system, as well as the clarification of the method of issuing fiscal receipts in case of advance payment before the start and during the implementation of the eFiscalization system;
• the method of recording the delivery of goods or services in exchange for a single-purpose value voucher;
• description of the way of recording the turnover of goods and services provided free of charge.
